Delivery & Shipping Options

How to get your broth:

We have pickup, delivery and shipping options.  Your options will vary depending on where you live in Canada. 
Details on all options can be found below:

Pick up Locations:

We offer the option to pick up your broth by appointment only at our commercial kitchen in downtown Oshawa or at PMA Brethour Real Estate in Markham.  There are no delivery fees to use a pick up location.  Please note: the default option in the shopping cart is set for pickup at our Eat Savage Kitchen so you will need to change this to calculate your delivery/shipping costs if you will not be picking up there.   You can view more information on the pick up locations here.

Direct Delivery to Home / Office in Toronto & select GTA areas:

We deliver our bone broth directly to your home or office throughout Toronto as well as parts of the GTA.  There is no minimum order amount for delivery.  Deliveries typically occur on Mondays (excluding holidays) between 9am & 8pm. The cost for delivery will very depending on where you live. 

During checkout, you will need to select one of the delivery zones in order to arrange for delivery.  If you do not see your city listed or your city falls into a grey shipping zone on the map, then you will need to select shipping as your option during checkout.

ZONES:
Oshawa, Whitby - Zone A - $5 Delivery Fee
Ajax, Brooklin & Courtice - Zone B - $7 Delivery Fee
Bowmanville, Clarington & Pickering - Zone C - $9 Delivery Fee
Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill & Vaughan- Zone D - $12 Delivery Fee
Mississauga, Brampton - Zone E - $14 Delivery Fee
All other locations within Canada - please select either the "Ontario/Quebec" or "Rest of Canada" shipping option. See chart below under "Canada Wide Shipping Options" for fees.

If your city falls into a zone, please select it at checkout. If you fall into shipping or anywhere else in Canada, please select a shipping option during checkout.

Canada Wide Shipping Options:

We offer Canada Wide Shipping of our bone broths.  Orders of up to 2 cases (24 broth) can be ordered online.  Orders above 2 cases, we ask that you please call us to calculate a custom shipping cost for you as the cart will default to a $500 placeholder fee once you have 25 or more bottles of broth in your cart.

Shipping Chart:

During checkout select either the "Ontario/Quebec" or "Rest of Canada" shipping option at checkout.
